Extras are not a second order. Every row below goes onto this team’s one workbook, on the tab named in the first column, and the whole thing is sent once when the deadline fires. Tick a row when you have typed it in, so anyone can see what is still outstanding.

how to fill it out

You only ever type in the yellow cells. Everything else is locked because Clarkston owns it — the product type, the SKU, the design number and the mockup at the top of each tab are theirs to set, and they unlock the sheet to do it.

One item per tab, one design per tab. Every item TPL can order already has a tab waiting. Delete the tabs this order does not need. If a team wants two designs of the same item, right-click the tab, Move or Copy, Create a copy, and name each one by its design.

Apparel tabs want a size on every row, and a number and name only where the item carries one. A plain item with no number or name goes on one line per size with a quantity — that is 47 shorts in four rows, not forty-seven.

Hats, socks, belts, bags, balls, bats and equipment just want a quantity in the right box.

Then come back here and tick the row. On the order date Clarkston confirms the sheet is complete and takes it from there.

Minimums: custom hats 50 total and 25 per size · sublimated 3 per item · belts 12 · bats 12. An extras row below the minimum on its own still ships, because it rides on the team’s own quantity for that item.
