The Players League SMS Privacy Policy

What we collect. If you sign up for texts, we collect the information you choose to give us: your mobile number, your name, your email, and the messages you send. We also keep a record of when and how you agreed to receive texts.

How we use it. We use this information to:

• send you the messages you signed up for
• answer your questions
• connect you with the right TPL or team staff member
• keep records of your consent and opt-out choices

No sharing for marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Service providers. We use service providers to run the text program: our texting platform (SimpleTexting), our CRM, and an AI service that helps draft replies. They may process your information only to provide these services to TPL.

Security. We use reasonable measures to protect your information.

Your choices. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. To ask about or delete your information, contact (910) 492-3100 or question@theplayersleague.us.
