Commissions
Everything anybody is owed for bringing money in: player signings, host family referrals, sponsorship, advertising, group tickets, franchise sales and team sales. Nothing is payable until that person’s Bill.com paperwork is in, and nobody sees their own until it has actually been paid.
Cleared to pay
Paperwork is in and the rate is set. Each one is paid by the entity that collected the money, not by the league. The moment you mark it paid it becomes visible to the person who earned it.

Earned, but it cannot go out yet. Tick the W-9 and the direct deposit form here as they come in and the commission clears itself - you do not have to come back and release it.

The rates
Nothing calculates until a rate is set. Change one here and every unpaid commission of that kind is reworked on the spot; anything already paid is left alone.

How this works
| What lands here | A player naming a coach or a staff member on his application. A host family referring another family. Sponsorship, advertising, group tickets, franchise sales and team sales as those come through. |
| Who pays it | The entity that collected the money. A player fee banked by Baseball by the Beach is a commission paid by Baseball by the Beach, not by the league. |
| What blocks it | No W-9, no direct deposit form, or the Bill.com setup not marked done. Tick both above and it clears on its own. |
| Who can see it | Finance sees everything from the moment it is earned. The person who earned it sees nothing at all until it has been paid. |
